Alrighty a while ago i wanted an easier and less bulky way to carry around my music with me while i was at school. Now mind you ,a cd player might not sound like much but you have ear phones and then the extra Cds you have to lug in yer backpack with all the rest of the books, papers and what not that a student carries with them on a daily basis. What i find annoying is when you want to change discs you have to balance on one hand ( if your walking) and replace the cd and what not and risk dropping or scratching the disc or cd player. Ok, im not against these things but i got tired of all that hassel and decided i wanted an Ipod. so i asked around and then looked around on the net and i went to office depot and found not an ipod as they break easy, but an mp3 and video player,and voice recorder (pictured above)for just over $200. it came with a warrenty thinger that if it breaks you will get it replaced. i like this little thinger b.c it fits in the little pocket thats in the front pocket of my jeans, and its just a drag and drop to upload any thing. YAY and i checked out laptops and i found a good one thats a toshiba that i might be purchasing :)

Ok this morning Mom and i went out to do errands when we noticed some odd branches on the ground at the end of the drive way, we didnt think any thing of it bc it was windy last night so we went on our way.
Ok heres the rub... ready for it? Ok ok ill stop stalling :P about 4 pm Dad goes out to get the mail and when he returns he finds this at the end of the drive way..

Notice the green paint up there? now i ask you what is big and green and not only big but big enough to hit a tree about Oh 7 to 10 feet up???? give up?? a GARBAGE TRUCK!
the bastards just went over the curb and over the water meter cover( they have broken them in the past) and hit the tree and didnt say SHIT bout it.

this first pic is with my nieghbor Mrs Bennett she is maybe 4 inches shorter than i am and i am 5'5 this limb is somewhere between 15 to 20 feet long and at least 8 inches ish in diameter

Ok now my dad had to go out there and tie this tree so it wouldnt blow in the wind and fall on someones car, mind you the street is bout 4 feet from here. Ok now you also must know my dad is 67 years old and has Asthma, diabetes, and takes meds to thin his blood b.c he gets blood clots, not to mention it is about 93 out side. Now you see why i am a little POed :P DUMASS, P.O.S., SHIT HEAD, GARBAGE TRUCK DRIVERS!!!!!!!!

Now the city being nice and all went out and put cones blocking off the drive way so no one would do into it and hopefully aviod the area till the crew comes tomarrow ( hopefully) and takes care of the problem.
I swear if those dumbass garbage truck drivers pull this again they arent gonna be able to drive up the drive way any more. the man from the city said that the guys responsable for this incident will be suffiently punished ( we hope).

even though the college is trying to save face by " taking over" the payments for the recycle bins i think this is a HUGE improvement made by the student body and Brad :D
